In 2024, TechQuartier was officially recognized as the FinTech Hub Frankfurt within the de:hub network. TechQuartier is also the organizer and host of the IMPACT FESTIVAL in Frankfurt – Germanys largest B2B event for digital & sustainable transformation.

TechQuartier continues to advance the startup ecosystem in the Frankfurt Rhine-Main region and strengthens its role as a central innovation hotspot in Europe.

Why this role truly makes an impact

As an intern in innovation management, you’ll actively contribute to the planning and implementation of startup programs and events, and in the process, you’ll engage directly with startups and innovation teams.

What you will drive forward with us

  • You support the planning, implementation and follow-up of our programmes and quickly take on responsibility.
  • You will be involved in the development of new or the improvement of existing programs and services. The focus is not only on networking the startup scene, but also on linking cooperations and expanding synergies between established companies and startups.
  • You will carry out trend analyses as well as technology and market research.
  • You will be responsible for maintaining and developing the startup database and our CRM system as well as preparing relevant key performance indicators.
  • You will support the team at internal and external events.

What you bring to the table

  • You are enrolled as a student and are at least in your 2nd semester.
  • You are curious and keep up to date with developments in the startup scene, new technology trends and business models, particularly in the area of sustainability.
  • You have a structured and independent way of working and a clear overview even when dealing with complex tasks.
  • You have a high willingness to learn, a hands-on mentality and are solution-orientated.
  • You are fluent in German and have a good knowledge of English.

Not required, but definitely helpful
  • You have experience working in a startup or coworking environment and are familiar with the dynamics of agile work cultures.
